For individuals who want to sharpen their consulting skills and/or try out our consulting skills workshops for their organizations, our Public Workshops offer the perfect opportunity. Enjoy learning and practicing consulting skills with professionals from other companies and government agencies from your own office - without the need to travel.

Blended Learning Format

Our Essentials of Consultative Partnering Remote Public Workshop is composed of eight two-hour facilitated sessions conducted in a virtual classroom setting every Tuesday and Thursday for four weeks. All you need is your computer and an internet connection.

By the end of the workshop you will have learned and practiced essential consulting skills and formulated your own plan to further develop yourself as a professional consultant. You will continue to have 7/24 access to our Online Consulting Toolkit for your daily activities and continued development. Workshop Overview

Consulting Profile Assessment

You set the stage for your workshop experience and personal development with a one-hour online Consulting Profile Assessment module. Your Consulting Profile Assessment Report, generated automatically during the online session, will provide you with valuable information about your consulting style and natural tendencies in applying each of the Consultative Roles. Based on the prescriptive advice provided in your report, you will start to formulate your personal development plan, which you will begin to execute and continue to build out as you go through the workshop.
