Welcome to the Consultative Partnering Workshop Extension and Reinforcement site. This site is designed to provide you with additional learnings, practice, and reinforcement following your attendance of the Consultative Partnering workshop. It also provides a set of practical worksheets and reference sheets that you can use on your projects any time you need them.

In general, you are probably at one of two places in your current project:

• Recently started your project or just getting started (“Beginning”)
• Part-way through your project but not yet completed (“In-Progress”)

If you are Beginning a new project, you will want to make sure it gets off on a solid footing. Good planning and preparation are called for. If you are In-Progress on your project you will benefit by stepping back to evaluate issues, refine your client strategy, and make sure the team is working optimally. In either case, you may need to look at your client’s current state of readiness and address any obstacles, or evaluate and refine your relationship strategies with clients and key stakeholders.
