Blended Delivery Options
We offer blended delivery options for our Consultative Partnering workshops to accommodate the needs and preferences of our clients, and to leverage technology for the enhancement of both learning and reinforcement.
Online Pre-Work: All of our Consultative Partnering workshops now utilize our research-based online Consulting Profile Assessment module (Watch the video) as pre-work. This one-hour module sets the stage for the workshop experience and ignites the personal development process. Participants’ Consulting Profile Assessment Reports, generated automatically during the online session, provide them with valuable information about their consulting styles and natural tendencies in applying each of the Consultative Roles. Based on the prescriptive advice provided in their reports, they begin to formulate their personal development plans and continue to build them out as they go through the workshop.
Alternatively, you can experience our Consulting Profile Assessment module as a standalone product as an initial, yet extremely valuable step toward your consulting skill development. Online Consulting Toolkit: Our Consulting Skills Online Toolkit, available 24/7, includes a set of engaging interactive tools to reinforce consulting skills, templates and worksheets to utilize in daily work, and refresher materials on concepts and practices from the Consultative Partnering workshops. The Online Toolkit is bundled with Remote Delivery, and is optional for Classroom Delivery.
Classroom Delivery: All of our Consultative Partnering workshops may be delivered via facilitated classroom sessions. When it comes to teaching and learning business soft skills, there is still no better way than face-to-face.
Remote Delivery: Our Essentials of Consultative Partnering workshop, which is well suited for intermediate audiences and those with mixed experience levels, is available in a remote facilitated delivery format. This delivery option is well suited for companies and agencies with travel restrictions, teams that have difficulty leaving the field for multiple days, and those with billable work quotas. We utilize a rich multi-media approach and the latest delivery technology. The Remote Workshop is composed of eight two-hour facilitated sessions conducted in a virtual classroom setting. We recommend that clients schedule two sessions per week for four weeks. Participants need only a computer and an internet connection to attend.
Hybrid Delivery: For the Essentials workshop, we offer a variety of hybrid options for clients with more specific delivery needs and requirements. All options are accompanied by the Online Pre-work and Online Consulting Toolkit. For example:
- Four remote sessions (Day 1 content) and one day of classroom delivery (Day 2 content).
- Four remote sessions (Day 1 content) and one day of classroom delivery (focused on Managing Client Interactions role plays and skill practice). This is a nice option for new and less experienced consultants.
- Eight remote sessions (Day 1 and 2 content) plus one day of classroom immersion in client interactions and role plays. This option gives participants valuable practice and reinforcement in applying the interaction process and navigating difficult client conversations.
